In a modern office, an essential skill is to be able to be competent with a computer. It is near enough expected of individuals to be able to use word-processing and database software. As well as being able to navigate around several other areas of computer software. An understanding of emails as well as being able to use the internet in a competent and efficient way are also desired skills for someone working in administration in an office.
