<description>I am writing to express my appreciation for the CareerXroads resource. Having been an web recruiter, and internet strategy specialist in some large global firms as well as some small organizations, I think the internet is a solid and cost-effective tool for any size organization to access infinite databases of knowledge and contacts. If you know how to use it most effectively, then it becomes an inexpensive tool to utilize in hiring for the organization. This book ( especially the impressive &#039;98 update) provides the perfect amount of information for beginner to intermediate level to understand various options in recruiting and advertising to tap into this immense tool.
In the area of readability, it is well put-together and the language is clear for those who may not be net savvy, yet does not talk down to those who are achieving new levels of mastery in internet recruiting methods. Grab a copy of this book. It&#039;s totally worth the price.
